The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 – Latest Updates

Thank you for your support and participation in the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25! The application results are scheduled to be announced in late December 2025 via the online application system. Please pay attention to the following information and arrangements:

1) Application Result
Applicants can log into the online system on or after 29 December 2025 to check their logo application status in the “Application Result” page.

2) Receipts for Application Fee
Electronic receipts will be sent via email to the administrative contact registered by each company / organisation in the online system. Physical receipts will no longer be provided this year, except for donation receipts. Kindly note that electronic receipts will only be sent to the administrative contact and will not be sent directly to the payer. Should you need to update your contact information, please log in to the system to make the necessary changes. If you have not received the electronic receipt by 6 February 2026, please contact us.

3) Service for Successful Logo Applications
The online system supports free downloads and offers paid options for successful logo applicants.

Free Download Service (Electronic version): Logo recipients will be able to download free digital certificates, logos, and reports through the “Application Result” page in the online system. This includes the Caring Company/ Caring Organisation Certificate, Caring Ambassador Certificate(s), the Caring Company/ Caring Organisation Logo and the Benchmarking Report Overview for Sustainable Development Performance.

• Purchase of Physical Certificates (Paid Option):To support the paperless initiative, we have not provided physical certificates since last year. However, to accommodate the practical needs of certain companies/organisations, we have introduced a paid option for physical certificates (including corporate certificates and Caring Ambassador certificates). Orders can be placed via the online system throughout the purchase period. Details as below:
  a. Purchase Period: Please complete your order through the online system on or before 7 January 2026
  b. Fees: Ranging from HKD$300-500 per certificate
  c. Delivery Method: Physical certificates will be delivered to the registered shipping address provided by companies/ organisations before the Recognition Ceremony
• Purchase of Detailed Benchmarking Report (Electronic version): The Benchmarking Report is also available in a detailed version, which companies/organisations may purchase to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their sustainability performance. The detailed report is charged at HKD$3,000, while a 60% off discount (bringing the cost to HKD 1,200) is offered for the first year after revamp.
• Instructions for Changing the Name Displayed on Certificates: Companies/ organisations can request to change the Name Displayed on Certificates through the “Application Result” page in the online system over a certain period.
  a. Application Limit: Each successful applicant can only request to change the Name Displayed on Certificates ONCE in each application year. Any duplicated request will not be accepted.
  b. Download Arrangement: Relevant documents (digital certificates, logo, and report) will only be available for download through the system after your request has been approved (which requires a minimum of 5 working days).

4) 2024/25 Caring Company Scheme Recognition Ceremony and Release of the Caring Business Achievements Overview
To acknowledge and recognise the sustainability achievements of all companies and organisations, we are organising the Recognition Ceremony.

• Date: 22 January 2026
• Purpose: To jointly promote the caring culture and share the profound social impact brought by companies/organisations through their sustainability practices.
• Invitation Arrangement: We sincerely invite successful logo applicants to participate in this grand event. Formal invitations will be sent out via emails. Please stay tuned for our updates.
